These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fractional Firm Academy website, the Fractional Firm Blueprint course, the FFA member portal, and any related programs, calls, and materials (together, the "Services") offered by Fractional Firm Academy ("FFA," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, enrolling in, or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
FFA provides educational content and coaching about building and growing a fractional accounting or finance practice. This includes the Fractional Firm Blueprint course (lessons, templates, scripts, calculators, and the member portal), optional strategy calls, and higher-tier coaching programs offered separately. The specific contents of what you purchase are described on the page where you buy it.
Course access is delivered through Whop and the FFA member portal. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Access is for you personally; you may not share, resell, or transfer your login or the materials to anyone else.
Prices are shown at checkout. The Fractional Firm Blueprint is billed monthly unless the checkout page states otherwise, and your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account, and you keep access through the end of the period you have paid for. Taxes may be added where applicable. Payment processing is handled by Whop and its payment partners under their own terms.
Our course materials are intellectual property. Opening a lesson, downloading a template, or otherwise accessing the course content is use of that property, and it cannot be returned once used.
Once you have started any part of the course, no refund will be issued. This includes viewing any lesson, downloading any template, script, calculator, or PDF, or accessing any phase of the member portal. Cancelling your subscription stops future charges; it does not refund charges already made.
If you purchased the course and have not accessed any of its content, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by replying to your receipt email. Where a sales page states a specific guarantee, that guarantee applies only on the terms stated there and only to purchasers who have not started the course, and this section controls in any conflict.
Coaching programs and strategy calls are sold under the terms given at the time of purchase, which may be different from the above.
All course content, including videos, lessons, templates, scripts, calculators, PDFs, frameworks, and the names Fractional Firm Academy and Fractional Firm Blueprint, is owned by FFA or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the content for your own business education while your access is active. You may not copy, record, redistribute, publish, resell, teach from, or create derivative works from the content, or remove any proprietary notices. Templates and scripts may be used in your own practice with your own clients; they may not be repackaged or resold.
The Services are educational. We do not guarantee that you will land clients, earn any particular amount of income, or achieve any specific result. Any figures, examples, or case studies on our site describe other people's experiences or the founder's own results and are not a promise about yours. Your results depend on your effort, skills, market, and factors outside our control. Nothing in the Services is legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice for your specific situation.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access content you have not paid for, interfering with the site or portal, scraping or automating access, or using the Services for anything unlawful. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms without refund.
By providing your contact details you agree that we may contact you by email, phone, and text message about your purchase and related offers, as described in our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms · Terms. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FFA and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
You may stop using the Services at any time by cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. Sections 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which FFA is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and SMS Terms, are the entire agreement between you and FFA regarding the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
